At our restaurant, we season the beef with our signature sweet and spicy sauce, which we call "momi-dare" (massage sauce). This massage sauce is a cooking method unique to our restaurant that makes the beef shine. Thick-sliced ​​tongue (1,890 yen) is made using only the tongue root, and is freshly sliced ​​after an order is placed. It has a texture that melts in your mouth, and can be enjoyed with a refreshing salt or lemon sauce.
Red Omen (690 yen) The fourth stomach of a cow has a unique crunchy texture. It has a moderate amount of fat and a light taste, and when grilled, the umami is further enhanced. It is a must-try dish for horumon lovers, and is perfect as a beer accompaniment.
