Hako's ramen and tsukemen are basically based on soy sauce and seafood! We are particular about using ingredients from Nagasaki Prefecture, and we have arranged the Kanto style into a Nagasaki style☺️ You may be surprised at the taste at first, even though you have probably never eaten it before? Not only the ramen and tsukemen, but also the chashu pork with our homemade sauce. We marinate the pork carefully and use pork thighs, which are rare for ramen restaurants, resulting in a light and punchy pork belly!
