This is a newly established food manufacturing factory and cafe in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture. We use as many ingredients from Kanagawa Prefecture as possible, mainly fruits from Shonan, and produce food that makes the most of the aroma, aftertaste, and flavor of nature without using any additives or preservatives.

Recommended menu

Whimsical Fruit Parfait: The yogurt used in the pear parfait is an original homemade product made with milk from Kanagawa Prefecture and added with Indian dahi yogurt bacteria. Yogurt is also a complex subject. I tried making parfaits with various bacteria and other ingredients, but I decided on this combination because I thought it was delicious. (This is a seasonal limited edition product.)
